There can be many purposes for using a BIM model, but a poorly defined information need (LOIN), a construction logistics problem that becomes apparent on the fly, an incompletely built model, or the preparation of an energy simulation can burn up serious hours of engineer time unnecessarily.

Plan to BIM
Convert 2D plans to 3D BIM models
99% of large, complex, or specialized technology projects in Hungary are built using traditional design methodologies. This usually makes construction more difficult, often more expensive, and, as design errors occur during construction or operation, almost always more problematic.
Whether it’s a greenfield or brownfield project, we can help you with building models from traditional 2D designs. This means that design errors can be detected and corrected before construction starts, and construction itself can be made an order of magnitude more efficient with BIM project management tools.
4D BIM
Model-based scheduling for delay- and penalty-free construction
The design model is fed with manufacturing, installation, hardening, etc., and logical data to build a dynamic schedule that follows the model changes in real-time. We visualize the progress in time with 3D simulation, which helps us to prevent logistical shortcomings and collisions, saving a lot of time, cost, and annoyance.
The additional cost of 4D BIM-based scheduling is minimal for the project as a whole and is recovered within the first few weeks.
5D BIM
Real-time traceable costing, based on real models
All elements of a BIM workflow model can be mapped to a building material and cost information can be associated with them. This enables automatic, real-time updated quantity surveying and budgeting to support management decisions at all stages of the project.
With 5D BIM, we can track and forecast the total cost of a project at every stage of construction. In practice, we use it in combination with 4D.
6D BIM

FM software integrated into the as-built model and iOT devices in the building bring the digital twin to life. Interactive communication between the real building and the virtual building, reflecting current real-life conditions, helps energy-efficient operation, quick and easy maintenance, and well-planned expansion and renovation.
We will prepare the model for FM, provide support during the implementation period and update the building model with changes in operation.
